Simba Fiber Internet
Using PayWay Wallet
Step 1: Select Internet
Click on the Internet icon on the PayWay Wallet home page.
Step 2: Select Simba Fiber
Click on the Simba Fiber icon from the list of service providers.
Step 3: Enter Customer Account Number
Enter the Customer Account Number, or choose from previously saved suggestions if you’ve paid before.
Step 4: Confirm Account Number
Check the name of the account and click Confirm.
Step 5: Choose Plan Subscription
Select the desired Simba Fiber plan:
- SIMBA SILVER: UGX 120,000
- SIMBA GOLD: UGX 175,000
- SIMBA PLATINUM: UGX 230,000
- SIMBA CORPORATE: UGX 499,000
Step 6: Enter Phone Contact Number
Enter the phone number for contact purposes and press NEXT
Step 7: Check Details and Choose Payment Method
Review all payment details and select your payment method by clicking on CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD
Step 8: Pay for the Service
Select your payment method:
- Select an existing card if already added or add a debit/credit card
OR
- select Balance (PayWay Wallet account)
Step 9: Pay and confirm
- Click Pay and confirm with your PIN or biometric ID (face/fingerprint).
Wait for the payment to process. Once complete, you’ll receive a receipt, which you can save or share.
